Why shipping delay is inevitable during the epidemic?
We are so sorry that shipping delays have been inevitable during the epidemic. Due to the suspension of most international airlines and the long customs clearance process, the delivery time of your package will be much longer than expected.
Under the influence of the coronavirus, the airline industry has been hit hard. Most airlines announced that they would drastically reduce the flights and air cargo capacity. Over 90% of international flights have been or will be suspended.
Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, the customs in most countries cannot process the clearance in time because of the limited manpower. Customs clearance is inefficient, and goods are stranded at the customs for much longer time than expected.
In the difficult air transportation conditions, we are still trying our best to find reliable airlines for our customers, contact the local customs to shorten clearance time. Please give us some more time.
If you have not received the tracking number, please be patient. We will handle it and email you tracking info as soon as possible.
If you have received the tracking number, but the tracking info has not been updated, please be patient. We are keeping our eyes on your packages and trying to speed up the customs clearance process.
If you have not received the email reply, please be patient. Facing uncountable emails related to shipping info, we do not have enough staff to reply immediately, but we are trying to give you a feedback in the few days.

How to place an order with Funnygirly ?
1. When you find an item you would like to order, choose the color, size, and quantity. Click the “Add to Cart” button.
2. To view your items, click the “Cart” button on the top right-hand side of the screen.
3. In checkout page, you can use coupon to get some discount. When you are ready to place your order, enter your Email address and your shipping information.
4. Then choose your shipping method at the next steps.
5. Click the “Continue Payment” button, choose your payment method and complete order.
6. After finishing your payment, you will receive an e-mail about order confirmation.
Why didn’t I receive my order/shipping confirmation email?
If you have not received the confirmation e-mail but you saw the confirmed order number at our site and you have been charged, you can be certain that your order has been successfully processed. You will receive your order without any problems.
The reasons you have not received the e-mail may be:
1.There is an error in the email address.
2.The e-mail has been mistakenly marked as spam. Please check your spam folder and make sure to add Funnygirly to your safe list.
3.There has been a computer problem on our side when sending the confirmation e-mail during peak times and sales.
While we aren't able to resend your email confirmation, you may check your Order Status in your account or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and email address used to place the order, and we can confirm the order for you.
Can I cancel my order after placing it ?
Please log in to your account and check your order status.
Unpaid Orders: It is easy to cancel unpaid orders. You can find the order in your account and cancel or delete it directly.
Paid|Processing Orders: You can contact us at email@example.com to apply for cancellation after you paid for the order. Depending on whether or not the item has shipped, we may or may not be able to cancel your order.
Paid/Partially Shipped Orders: Shipped items cannot be canceled. Unshipped items can be modified. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to amend them.
Paid|Shipped Orders: We are unable to cancel shipped orders.
Can I exchange my item, size or shipping address?
Yes you can but you have to inform us before your item is shipped. Please note we can't do the exchange once we have shipped your order.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
1. At the Login page, click "Forgot your password" button.
2. Fill in your email address, click "SUBMIT" button, we will send you an email to reset your password.
3. You will then be able to log into your email to change the password by yourself.
Can I redeem a coupon if I have already placed the order?
We are unable to redeem a coupon if an order has already been placed.
The coupon can not be exchanged for cash. We are not able to refund orders in the event that a coupon was not redeemed. The coupon will be valid for the next order.
Attention: One order can only use one coupon.
When will I get my money back after canceling the order?
Upon cancelling an order, it typically takes 3-10 business days to get your money back, depending on your bank.
If the funds have not been released after 10 working days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
We are sorry about the shipping delays during the COVID-19 outbreak period. Shipping process might be a little longer than usual due to the suspension of flights and the longer local customs clearance process affected by the coronavirus.
We are trying our best to speed up the shipping process, making your package arrive as soon as possible. Tracking info will be updated online when customs clearance completed. Your patience will be highly appreciated. Thanks for your understanding.
Standard Shipping: If you do not receive the parcel within 25-30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us to confirm the shipping address.
Parcel may be delayed for the following reasons:
1. Custom clearance and unexpected bad weather.
2. Local shipping agent delayed processing.
3. Incomplete or wrong address.
We do sincerely hope that you can kindly wait for parcels as they are on their way. If the items have not been shipped, you can contact us to exchange the item or request a refund.
Can I return or exchange an item if I don’t like it?
As you know, we have posted our return policy next to every item. Please be sure to check out return policy prior to purchasing an item.
If you send back an item, you will be subject to a shipping fee that may cost more than the product itself. You can check with your local post office for details. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
